The Alpine A290 Rallye, the first electric model designed for customer racing, will be showcased at the Rallye Rouergue Rodez Aveyron Occitanie from July 3rd to 5th, 2025. Developed by teams in Viry-Châtillon and assembled at the Manufacture Alpine Dieppe Jean Rédélé factory, this vehicle embodies the competitive spirit of the Alpine brand.
The A290 Rallye provides competitors with their first opportunity to participate in a single-rally challenge in France this year. Participants will receive expert technical support and can expect an Alpine-themed paddock with dedicated recharging facilities that use environmentally friendly energy technologies.
Safety features include a welded roll cage and Sabelt bucket seats that meet FIA regulations. The electric motor delivers 220 hp and 300 Nm of torque to the front axle via a ZF limited-slip differential. The braking system comprises 6-piston front calipers and a hydraulic handbrake, ensuring exceptional performance.
The vehicle is priced at €59,990 (excluding VAT) for a fully assembled and painted model. The A290 Rallye will make its dynamic debut at the Goodwood Festival of Speed (10-13 July) and will also participate in the Rallye Mont-Blanc Morzine (4-6 September).
