Broad Arrow Auctions is thrilled to introduce the Lamborghini Pregunta, a remarkable piece of automotive history that is celebrated as the last concept car developed on an entirely Lamborghini platform. For the first time in over ten years, this iconic vehicle will be up for sale at the Broad Arrow Zoute Concours Auction on October 10, 2025, held at Approach Golf in Knokke-Heist, during the exciting Zoute Grand Prix Car Week.

This incredible 1998 Lamborghini Pregunta (Estimate: €2,500,000 – €3,500,000) is the result of a collaboration between Lamborghini and the talented French coachbuilder Carrosserie Heuliez. First unveiled at the 1998 Paris Motor Show, it’s crafted on the Diablo chassis, making it a pivotal concept in Lamborghini’s legacy.

“The Lamborghini Pregunta beautifully merges cutting-edge engineering with a stunning fighter-jet-inspired design,” shares Joe Twyman, VP of Sales for Broad Arrow’s EMEA Region. “We anticipate tremendous interest from collectors eager for this fantastic opportunity.”

Styled by the renowned Marc Deschamps, the Pregunta showcases innovative carbon fibre bodywork, striking scissor doors, and an aviator-inspired interior featuring luxurious seats and a Magneti Marelli digital instrument panel. The car is powered by a finely-tuned 5.7-litre V12 engine that generates an impressive 537 PS, propelling it from 0 to 100 km/h in just 3.9 seconds and achieving a top speed of 337 km/h.

Beyond its beauty, the Pregunta has significantly influenced future Lamborghini models, playing a crucial role in the development of the Murciélago. After being showcased in 2007 under Heuliez ownership, it was acquired by a private collector and proudly received a Lamborghini Polo Storico certificate in 2014. The vehicle made its way back to Sant’Agata in 2021 and is now a highlight at the Museo Lamborghini.

The opportunity to offer such a unique concept, fresh from the Lamborghini Museum, truly elevates its appeal,” says Gregory Tuytens, Head of Consignments for Broad Arrow in Belgium and the Netherlands. “We eagerly await welcoming bidders to what promises to be a thrilling auction experience.”
