BMW New Model Updates From This Autumn Onwards.

ADVERTISE HERE

Autumn 2025 marks the introduction of revised powertrains, new features, and updates to the BMW model range. The BMW M240i xDrive Coupé and entry-level models in the BMW 3 Series and 4 Series will now feature more powerful and efficient petrol engines, with optional Adaptive LED Headlights in the BMW 4 Series Gran Coupé and BMW i4, including laser rear lights.

Enhanced Performance and Efficiency

The BMW M340i xDrive Sedan (fuel consumption: 7.5 L/100 km; CO2 emissions: 172 g/km) and M340i xDrive Touring (fuel consumption: 7.9 L/100 km; CO2 emissions: 181 g/km) will now feature a more powerful 3.0-litre six-cylinder engine producing 288 kW (392 hp), supported by a mild hybrid system for an additional 9 kW (12 hp). This results in a total power increase of 13 kW (18 hp) and a maximum torque of 540 Nm.

Similarly, the BMW M440i xDrive models will feature this upgraded engine, enhancing acceleration from 0 to 100 km/h by 0.1 seconds. For example, the BMW M340i xDrive Sedan now achieves this in just 4.3 seconds. The fuel consumption of the BMW M240i xDrive Coupé decreases to 8.0 L/100 km, with CO2 emissions lowered to 183 g/km.

New Features and Colours

The BMW 2 Series Gran Coupé will offer Cape York Green as a new exterior colour option. Upgraded Adaptive LED Headlights will provide even road illumination and feature laser rear lights.

In the BMW X3, standard equipment will include rear headrests and side sections in the upholstery colour when paired with Veganza and Merino materials. Additionally, all BMW 5 Series, BMW i5, and BMW M5 models will now come standard with a coat hook on the B-pillar trim for convenient jacket transport.

Improvements to BMW Connected Drive
Starting in autumn 2025, the Charging Guide in the My BMW app’s Explore tab will provide guidance on charging, answering questions like “How do I charge?” and “How do I optimise charging?” This update aims to improve the convenience and efficiency of charging stops.
