Real Experience, Real Impact
The 2026 programme spans multiple departments. You could work in Manufacturing, R&D, Sales and Marketing, Finance, Quality, Mulliner, Strategy, or Product Lines.
You’ll be based at Bentley’s Dream Factory in Crewe. That’s where the magic happens. You’ll work alongside industry experts. You’ll get hands-on experience building extraordinary vehicles. And from day one, your ideas will matter.

Flexible Pathways
Apprenticeships start in September 2026. Bentley offers different levels to match your background:
- Advanced Apprenticeships (equivalent to two A Levels)
- Advanced Apprenticeships (equivalent to a foundation degree or HNC/HND)
- Higher Apprenticeships (equivalent to a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree)
