Volvo Cars is making public charging more convenient across Europe and the Asia-Pacific region by expanding access to Tesla Supercharging.

Starting in the fourth quarter of this year, Volvo drivers will enjoy the exciting ability to use the company’s app to charge their fully electric Volvos at over 20,000 Tesla Supercharger stations throughout Europe!

This gives Volvo drivers an even easier and more convenient way to access Tesla Superchargers in 29 European countries, with most stations located in key markets like Germany, France, Norway, the United Kingdom, Sweden, Italy, and Spain.

Volvo Cars is also gearing up to transition selected models to the North American Charging System in key Asia-Pacific markets—specifically Japan and South Korea—by 2029. This exciting network for Volvo drivers will provide access to the Tesla Supercharger network in the near future!

Even today, electric Volvo drivers can use the Volvo Cars app at 120,000 charging points in North America—including Tesla Superchargers—as well as more than 1.2 million charging points across Europe!
