Top Gear Tester Tom Ford recently met up with the new Dodge Ram, which has unveiled the new 1500 Rumble Bee SRT, a street-focused muscle truck powered by the 777hp 6.2-litre supercharged V8—familiarly known as the ‘Hellcat’ HEMI—sourced from the RAM SRT TRX.
The latest model features a shortened wheelbase and a lowered ride height, resulting in what is positioned as the world’s only street-biased muscle truck.
Pricing is expected to start below $100,000. According to the manufacturer, the Rumble Bee SRT accelerates from 0-60mph in just 3.4 seconds and targets a top speed of 170mph. Its bold presence ensures it will be both seen and heard on the road.
