Alpine is wrapping up its 70th anniversary celebrations with a new video that links its history to an exciting electric future.

The video includes insights from Alpine’s leadership and appearances by F1 driver Pierre Gasly and football legend Zinedine Zidane.

The highlight is the unveiling of the Alpine A110 R Ultime, the last version of the iconic A110. CEO Philippe Krief presents the car as a tribute to the second-generation A110 and a preview of what’s coming.

“With the Alpine A110 R Ultime, we wanted to create a grand finale, worthy of the second-generation A110,” said Krief. Referencing the next-generation A110, he adds: “In the first six months of 2026, we will share some inspiring news.”

The film also features Pierre Gasly, BWT Alpine Formula One driver, who talks about road performance and the move to electric cars.

When I drive a road car, my expectations are focused on comfort. But as I’m a racing driver, I want to feel similar sensations to racing. I want precision as well as a car that looks good,” said Gasly, who confirmed he’s placed an order for the upcoming Alpine A390.

Gasly also shares his interest in rally driving, especially in an electric car like the Alpine A290 Rallye. Built at the new Hypertech Alpine engineering centre in Viry-Châtillon, the A290 Rallye is considered a modern version of the famous R5 Alpine Group 2 rally car from the 1970s.

In the video, Axel Plasse, VP of Hypertech Alpine, talks about his passion for the A290 Rallye and his hopes for Alpine’s future in electric motorsport.

The anniversary film wraps up a big year for Alpine and looks ahead to a future focused on innovation, heritage, and high performance.
