Bentley Motors has welcomed its early careers group for 2025, including Apprentices, Industrial Placements, and Graduates. At the same time, Bentley has opened 65 positions for the 2026 class of future leaders in the automotive industry. These roles show Bentley’s commitment to attracting new talent, which is essential for maintaining Bentley as Britain’s top luxury car brand.
The new recruits join Bentley during an important phase as the company works on its Beyond100+ strategy. This plan focuses on fully electrifying its vehicle lineup and completing the Dream Factory in Crewe. These efforts will be supported by building a strong culture and developing future skills.
Dr. Karen Lange, who oversees People and Culture at Bentley Motors, said:
“Our early careers program is crucial for shaping the future of our company. We need to bring in the right skills to help us grow in this changing industry.
“These jobs reflect our dedication to new talent. We want to find ambitious, diverse individuals who can drive innovation and have a passion for the skills that will bring our Beyond100+ strategy to life and change luxury in the car industry.”
Of the 65 positions available, 41 one-year Industrial Placement roles are open now, and 24 three or four-year Apprentice roles will be available from February 2026. Additionally, ten Industrial Placements from the 2024/2025 group will return as Graduates next year.
The available roles cover all areas of the business, including design, development, manufacturing, and marketing. More than half of the apprenticeships focus on technology areas, such as digital software and artificial intelligence.
This new group of talent will build on the work of the current cohorts to prepare for the future of electric vehicles. The successful candidates will help in the final stages and launch of Bentley’s first battery electric vehicle.
Will Meredith, the Industrial Placement of the Year in 2024, shared his experience: “The placement challenged me in the best way. I gained practical skills in strategic analysis, working with stakeholders, and presenting to senior leaders—skills I couldn’t learn in university. I worked on projects I never thought I would, thanks to my amazing team. Personally, I also gained confidence in leading discussions and tackling complex problems.”
