Lotus honours racing legend Jim Clark with the Emira Clark Edition, created in collaboration with the Jim Clark Trust. Limited to only 60 cars for select markets, this exclusive model will debut at the Formula 1 Miami Grand Prix.

Clark’s legacy with Team Lotus includes winning the Formula 1 World Championship and the Indianapolis 500 in 1965—a unique double victory that has never been matched. His remarkable achievements inspired the Emira Clark Edition, which combines exceptional performance with a stylish homage to the Scottish driver.

Design and Interior

The Emira features a Clark Racing Green body, complemented by a black roof and an iconic yellow racing stripe inspired by Clark’s 1965 Indianapolis-winning Lotus Type 38. Additional elements include a machined aluminum fuel filler cap and hand-painted pinstripes, along with Clark Edition branding on the doors.

Inside, the sports seats evoke a motorsport aesthetic with a touch of nostalgia—a red leather driver’s seat paired with a black leather passenger seat. The interior also showcases a wooden gear knob, commemorative Jim Clark badging, and a signature on the dashboard, all of which contribute to its exclusivity. Each car will feature numbered carbon fibre tread plates and will include a custom leather holdall.

Performance

The Emira Clark Edition is based on the Lotus Emira V6, featuring a supercharged 3.5-litre V6 engine that produces 400 horsepower, paired with a six-speed manual gearbox. It provides an engaging driving experience through unfiltered hydraulic steering and a Lotus Driver’s Pack, which includes sports suspension and Track Mode.

Pricing

Priced at £115,000 in the UK (€140,000 in Germany), the Emira Clark Edition is a highly sought-after collector’s item, honouring one of motorsport’s most iconic figures.
