Notably, 93 percent of team members expressed agreement with the statement, “I’m proud to tell others I work here,” highlighting the strength of our people-first culture.

It also underscores our commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, demonstrating our dedication to fostering a respectful and supportive work environment.

Hyundai Canada promotes employee health by offering services like annual biometric screenings, mental health support, massage therapy, and on-site yoga. Additionally, the company founded Hyundai Hope on Wheels, a non-profit organization that will donate $4 million in 2025 for pediatric cancer research and care.

In collaboration with 360ºkids, Hyundai Canada raised $90,000 to combat youth homelessness and is actively involved in funding educational scholarships for marginalized youth through partnerships with organizations such as the Automotive Business School of Canada and the Pinball Clemons Foundation.
