The latest addition is the BMW G90 M5, which features a performance exhaust for both the hybrid-powered super saloon and Touring models. This includes an Axle Back Exhaust System with a valved setup, offering a choice of polished, black, brushed titanium, burnt titanium, or carbon fibre tips for the standard M5 and M Sport Carbon package. Milltek also provides a motorsport-only setup with a GPF delete compatible with the OEM exhaust or Milltek’s system.
The popularity of Milltek exhausts is clear in a 60% rise in sales of the G80 M3 system in 2024, with similar growth observed in 2025.
Milltek has also refreshed its Modern Classic range for the E36 and E90 M3 models, offering an OEM+ style cat-back system for the E36 and a cat-back setup for the E90 with a V8 engine, complete with a key fob controller for the silencer valves.
