The new California eHybrid 4MOTION, Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles’ first plug-in hybrid campervan, is now available to order from UK Van Centres, starting at £71,295 or £739 per month with a 0% APR Hire Purchase plan.
This model combines a powerful 245 PS output from an electric motor with a 1.5 TSI engine, offering flexibility and reliability for every journey. Its 19.7 kWh lithium-ion battery provides a WLTP range of 54 miles for electric driving and can tow up to 1,600 kg, making it ideal for trailers or boats.
Available in three trim levels—Beach Camper, Coast, and Ocean—the eHybrid California offers two sliding doors for convenient access and a versatile three-zone configuration for campsites.
To celebrate the launch, Volkswagen is offering attractive finance options on this plug-in hybrid variant until 30 June 2025. The Beach Camper is available for £739 per month on a 48-month, 10,000-mile Hire Purchase agreement at 0% APR.
