The Kia EV3 has been awarded the winner in the Compact SUV category at the 2025 Women’s Worldwide Car of the Year (WWCOTY) Awards. A jury of 82 female motoring journalists from 55 countries evaluated the vehicle based on criteria such as safety, quality, price, design, and performance.
The EV3 offers an impressive range of up to 375 miles (WLTP) and features 400V fast charging technology, allowing it to charge from 10% to 80% in just 29 minutes. Its modern design, inspired by Kia’s ‘Opposites United’ philosophy, creates a striking and spacious interior with a 460-litre boot and a 25-litre front trunk.
This recognition highlights Kia’s commitment to creating appealing vehicles for a diverse audience, particularly women. As a category winner, the EV3 moves on to compete for the overall WWCOTY winner, to be announced on March 6, just before International Women’s Day.
