FC Barcelona’s men’s football team recently personalized their new CUPRAs at the Terramar Circuit, where they tested the brand’s models and experienced the thrill of driving. Ignasi Prieto, CUPRA’s Chief Brand Officer, emphasized the partnership’s spirit of challenge and ambition.
The event saw FC Barcelona’s manager and 22 players, including stars like Marc ter Stegen, Ronald Araujo, and young talents like Gavi and Alejandro Balde, participate in an exciting driving experience. They tested the performance of CUPRA’s petrol, plug-in hybrid, and fully electric models through various driving challenges.
Players configured their favorite CUPRAs, with popular choices including the CUPRA Formentor, CUPRA Terramar, and the all-electric CUPRA Tavascan. Each player selected unique specifications for their cars.
The event also featured a VR experience showcasing CUPRA’s latest models and innovative designs. CUPRA recently renewed its partnership with FC Barcelona until 2029, demonstrating their commitment to sport and nurturing talent. Customized CUPRAs will be delivered to the players in the coming weeks.
