Nissan is preparing to launch its first high-performance electric vehicle, the Ariya NISMO, in Europe on the fifth anniversary of World EV Day. The Ariya NISMO is a sleek, dynamic, and 100% electric car that offers a thrilling driving experience without compromising on performance.
Building on Nissan’s NISMO heritage and Japanese-inspired design, the Ariya NISMO combines the benefits of the regular 87kWh Ariya e-4ORCE with motorsport-inspired upgrades. These upgrades include an aerodynamic design that reduces drag and improves airflow, special NISMO-embossed ENKEI wheels with Michelin Pilot Sport EV tires for increased grip, and a NISMO-tuned powertrain that increases power to 435 PS and torque to 600 Nm.
The Ariya NISMO also features enhancements to its e-4ORCE four-wheel-drive system, suspension improvements for better balance and agility, and a new ‘NISMO’ driving mode for a more thrilling driving experience.
On the inside, the Ariya NISMO offers a premium experience with redesigned seats, NISMO-red accents, and a blackened wood texture throughout the vehicle. The car will be available in a NISMO Stealth Grey exterior finish and is expected to go on sale in January 2025 in all European markets where the model is already available, except Cyprus, Malta, and Northern Ireland. UK customers can secure priority access to purchase the right-hand-drive Ariya NISMO by contacting their local Nissan dealer.
