Bentley Residences is set to offer 20,000 sq ft of luxury 5-star plus hospitality over three floors at its Sunny Isles Beach development in Miami, due for completion in early 2028.
Amenities will include a beauty salon with stunning views and a 114 sq ft pet spa designed with Bentley motifs, exclusively for residents’ pets.
As the first Bentley-branded residential tower, Bentley Residences will rise 62 floors on 2.4 acres of prime beachfront property. Each apartment will feature a private heated swimming pool, summer kitchen, and spacious balcony. Residents can travel directly to their apartments in their cars using the “Dezervator” lift, ensuring privacy.
Dining will be curated by award-winning chef Todd English for the residents-only restaurant.

The beach club and oceanfront pool deck feature cabanas and food and beverage service overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, while the Fitness Centre will have a yoga studio with ocean views.
Recent renders showcase luxurious communal spaces and private residences designed to enhance the Bentley experience. Bentley designers, in collaboration with Dezer Development and Sieger Suarez Architects, have meticulously crafted both the building and interiors.
Ben Saltmer, Bentley’s Product and Lifestyle Design Manager, notes that the same attention to detail found in their cars is evident in the building. Each space includes distinctive Bentley design elements, even in practical areas like the Bentley Pet Spa. The space uses the Bentley diamond motif for non-slip surfaces and features intuitive designs that make pet care both practical and luxurious.
The communal areas of the Bentley Residences are designed to foster community and relaxation while embodying Bentley’s luxury aesthetic.
The cinema mimics a Bentley car interior, featuring a cozy sofa that wraps around the walls. The games room includes state-of-the-art VR headsets and simulators for golf and driving. The whisky bar, inspired by Bentley’s iconic matrix grille, appears to float from the ceiling.
The Bentley Residences will provide a unique wellness experience, allowing residents to connect, re-energize, and relax.
