Subaru UK and Ireland have announced the pricing and specifications for the all-new Forester e-BOXER, marking the launch of its latest generation in the UK. Since its 1997 debut, the Forester has sold over 5 million units globally.
Available for order from February 12, 2025, the All-Wheel Drive Forester combines Subaru’s renowned off-road capability with improved refinement, driving dynamics, and advanced safety technology. Prices start at £38,995 for the Limited model and go up to £42,995 for the Touring variant.
Built on the updated Subaru Global Platform, the new Forester features enhanced chassis and powertrain construction, resulting in a 10% improvement in torsional rigidity. It maintains Subaru’s Permanent Symmetrical All-Wheel Drive and e-BOXER hybrid powertrain, featuring a 2.0-liter horizontally opposed four-cylinder engine with 24 technical upgrades for better driving performance.

The Forester excels in both on-road and off-road conditions with a ground clearance of 220mm and impressive approach, break-over, and departure angles, along with a towing capacity of 1,870kg.
Safety remains a priority, with the latest version of Subaru’s EyeSight Driver Assist Technology, which includes enhanced recognition capabilities and new features like the Emergency Driving Stop System. Additional safety enhancements encompass new airbags and improvements in collision energy absorption.
Interior noise has been reduced by 39%, making for a more serene cabin environment. New front seats improve comfort and conversation clarity, while the 11.6-inch Full HD infotainment system offers wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto compatibility.
Practical features include a boot capacity of 508 liters (1,720 liters with rear seats folded), an optional hands-free power tailgate, and a 360° Multi-View Monitor system for better visibility.
