The BMW X models two-box design, paired with the Neue Klasse design language, marks a significant leap in exterior and interior design. The fully-electric architecture allows for a more spacious interior with a long wheelbase, short overhangs, and classic BMW proportions, while large windows and a panoramic glass roof flood the interior with natural light, creating an airy feel complemented by warm-colored textiles.

The BMW Vision Neue Klasse X provides a look ahead to the X models. The same principles apply to our Sport Activity Vehicles: electric, digital and circular,” says Adrian van Hooydonk, head of BMW Group Design. “The X models will always remain strong in character: monolithic, clean and with a distinctive vertical interpretation of the BMW light signature.”

The new brand look for the BMW X models features vertically aligned LED units and a reimagined BMW kidney grille. The rear section has powerful, athletic rear lights and 3D-printed elements with variable light intensity. The BMW Vision Neue Klasse X has flush glass surfaces, “Coral Silver” exterior paintwork, and a unique “reflective print” for the brand’s signature Hofmeister kink.
