For eight years, Audi has been crafting the Q5 models in Mexico, including the new Q5 in San José Chiapa, providing a key advantage in proximity to the North American market. The latest generation of the new Audi Q5 boasts significant key product attributes. Along with the new interior concept, the result is a comfortable interior space with excellent head and legroom.
A convenient feature of the Audi Q5 is the fully adjustable rear seat, standard from the S line upwards. It can be moved lengthways and tilted, increasing the boot volume while comfortably seating three people on the rear bench. With the rear seats folded down, the boot capacity increases to up to 1,473 liters, depending on the model variant. Other practical features include an even larger storage compartment under the center armrest compared to the previous model, numerous smaller storage areas, an inductive and cooled charging tray, and multiple USB-C ports. As part of the optional Sound & Vision Pack or standard on SQ5 Edition 1, the USB ports at the front can support charging capacities of up to 60 watts, while the rear ports can support charging capacities of up to 100 watts. This extra power allows larger devices, such as laptops, to be safely powered while driving.
