Milltek Sport will participate in the Essen Motor Show, one of Germany’s leading automotive events, showcasing its latest advancements in exhaust technology and a selection of impressive vehicles.
A key feature of their display will be the Milltek Toyota GR Yaris Gen2 Development and Demo Vehicle, which features a newly developed valved exhaust system. This innovative setup includes CAN bus integration, enabling the valve to adjust based on RPM and driving modes, thereby improving the overall driving experience. Crucially, the system fully complies with ECE regulations, providing a balanced mix of performance, sound, and legal compliance—a notable benefit for automotive enthusiasts and tuners in Europe.
Additionally, visitors will see the RaceChip Volkswagen Golf 8.5 R, showcasing Milltek’s collaboration with top tuning specialists. The ST Suspension stand will also feature a Toyota Corolla GR fitted with a Milltek exhaust system, underscoring the brand’s significant presence in the performance aftermarket.
Kev Hall, Technical Operations Manager at Milltek, stated, “Essen is the ideal place to engage with the performance community, and we’re proud to showcase our most innovative systems to date.” He emphasised that the new valved exhaust for the GR Yaris demonstrates Milltek’s commitment to intelligent design, in-house engineering, and regulatory compliance, catering to modern automotive enthusiasts.
With engineering centres located in the UK, near Germany’s Nürburgring, and in the USA, Milltek seeks to innovate exhaust design for a diverse range of vehicles, from modern performance cars to iconic classics from the 1980s, 1990s, and 2000s, through its OEM+ range.
