Bentley Americas is, by all accounts, excited about its collaboration with renowned tattoo artist Keith “Bang Bang” McCurdy, who is celebrated for his iconic designs. His studio, Bang Bang Tattoo in New York City, has introduced a revolutionary tattoo ink technology called Magic Ink, which allows users to “turn on” and “turn off” their tattoos using specific wavelengths of light.

This partnership launches with a unique art car unveiled at Miami Art Week. The UV-activated design combines the artistic talents of Bang Bang and Bentley Mulliner, both known for transforming clients’ visions into personalized creations.

Bang Bang and his team of over 35 artists capture each client’s story through tattoos, similar to Mulliner’s bespoke vehicle crafting. “This collaboration explores artistic customization in a new medium,” said Bang Bang, highlighting Bentley’s luxurious canvas.

Mike Rocco, President and CEO of Bentley Americas, added, “This partnership showcases our commitment to blending artistry and ingenuity in bespoke luxury.”

At Miami Art Week 2024, guests experienced a multi-sensory showcase featuring projection mapping and UV light installations, including a Bentley Bentayga EWB with a striking co-created design. Rich Morris, Design Consultant for Bentley Mulliner, described the design’s transition from sharp shapes symbolizing journey tension to fluid patterns representing serene satisfaction.

The collaboration emphasizes peak personalization, empowering clients to infuse their personal stories into unique Bentleys. The next iteration of the Bentley x Bang Bang collaboration is set to launch in 2025.
