Toyota Motor North America and Toyota Financial Services have announced initiatives to assist those affected by California’s recent and ongoing fires.

Each year, Toyota contributes to the American Red Cross and SBP (formerly known as the St. Bernard Project). These funds support recovery efforts whenever disasters strike across the nation. To enhance support for affected communities, Toyota also matches contributions made by U.S.-based employees to the American Red Cross, SBP, and other eligible nonprofits.

Toyota Financial Services is also offering payment relief options for customers impacted by the fires. This outreach includes Toyota Financial Services (TFS) customers and Lexus Financial Services (LFS) located in the designated disaster areas.

Customers with leases or financing affected by the fires may be eligible for several payment relief options, including:

  • Extensions and deferred lease payments
  • Redirected billing statements
  • Arranged phone or online payments

Customers who would like to discuss their account options are encouraged to contact TFS or LFS directly:

  • Toyota Financial Services customers can call 800-874-8822 or email TFS via the Mail Center function after logging into ToyotaFinancial.com.
  • Lexus Financial Services customers can call 800-874-7050 or email LFS using the Mail Center function after logging into LexusFinancial.com.
