The first sale of Hampson’s new online auction, Marketplace, starts this Friday, 24 January, and runs until 31 January. Marketplace allows vendors to sell supercars, classic cars, motorcycles, and registrations while supporting a children’s charity.

The inaugural sale features a 2022 Porsche 992 Carrera 4 GTS, a 2011 Mitsubishi Evo X, and a 1975 Ford Escort RS2000. Rare offerings include a supercharged 1987 Toyota MR2 (not previously sold in the UK and Europe) and a limited-edition 2013 Renault Megane Red Bull coupe.

Motorcycle lots include a restored 1977 Honda CB550 owned by TV presenter Henry Cole, a 2001 Yamaha R6, and a 2016 Ducati Panigale series.

Bidders can view and bid on lots online 24/7, with detailed descriptions and photos available. Interested buyers can request a Condition Report or schedule an in-person viewing at Hampson’s Cheshire headquarters.

Each lot will be showcased for seven days, gaining fantastic exposure through Hampson’s channels with The Saleroom, Bid Spotter, and i-Bidder. There are no seller’s commissions, just a flat entry fee, and the 7% buyer’s premium makes it appealing to shop and sell.

Hampson will donate 1% of the hammer price from the buyer’s premium to The Joshua Tree, a charity supporting families affected by childhood cancers. Each sale truly makes a difference.
