VW’s New ID. Buzz GTX And LWB Models.

Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles have just announced the new specifications for the ID. Buzz GTX and ID. Buzz LWB variants. The LWB version, available for delivery in 2024, is now open for orders starting at £ 59,545. Stay tuned for the full pricing of the GTX, to be released soon.

The GTX, the most powerful ID. Buzz, features a 340PS twin motor layout.

The ID. Buzz GTX is the high-performance flagship model with a 340PS output, four-wheel drive, and a 0-62mph time of 6.1 seconds—meanwhile, the ID. Buzz LWB offers increased luggage space and a bigger 86kWh battery for extended range.

“The Long Wheelbase (LWB) version has a standard seven-seat layout, providing even more spacious seating.” It also boasts an 86 kWh battery for an all-electric range of up to 291 miles.

The ID. Buzz LWB measures 4,962 mm in length, compared to 4,712 mm for the standard wheelbase version. Its luggage compartment volume is 1,340 litres in the five-seater configuration and up to 2,469 litres with the second and third-row seats folded.

Prices for LWB seven-seater model start at £59,545 ‘on the road’ with deliveries to start later in 2024; GTX pricing will be released soon.
