Volkswagen Passenger Cars and Škoda are planning to streamline their operations by combining at shared locations in Belfast and Mallusk, both of which will be managed by the Isaac Agnew Group. These sites have recently undergone thorough renovations, improving their facilities to ensure customers receive the highest levels of convenience, comfort, and technical expertise in service and support.
Furthermore, new state-of-the-art facilities will be opened in Dungannon and Ballymena, operated by the Donnelly Group. These locations will serve the needs of Volkswagen Passenger Cars, Škoda, and SEAT/CUPRA brands (available in Dungannon only), providing modern amenities aimed at enhancing the customer experience.
As part of this strategic investment plan, some smaller sites within the region will be closed. Affected customers will be promptly informed about alternative sales, servicing, and parts facilities available to them, ensuring minimal disruption to their service.
It’s important to note that the Audi showrooms in Belfast and Portadown, along with the Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles sites in Mallusk and Londonderry, will continue their operations unchanged and remain unaffected by these restructures.
David Allen, Head of Network Development for Volkswagen Group UK, commented on the updates: “These changes arise from a meticulously planned strategy aimed at effectively identifying and addressing the specific needs of Volkswagen Group customers in Northern Ireland.
“Our new sites will be operated by two long-standing, financially stable, and brand-aligned investment partners—Isaac Agnew and Donnelly—through which we are confident we can deliver unparalleled convenience and exceptional customer service.
“We extend our gratitude to our partners who have collaborated with us over the years to strengthen our brands’ presence in the region. We wish them all the best for the future and look forward to continuing to delight customers in Northern Ireland for many years to come.”
