The MG4 EV is entering an exciting new chapter. The all-new MG4 EV Urban has landed in the UK, while the original, award-winning MG4 EV returns with upgraded technology, improved cabin quality, stronger performance and extended driving range.
The expanded MG4 EV lineup gives customers more choice than ever, from the efficient, spacious, and competitively priced MG4 EV Urban Comfort to the performance-focused MG4 EV XPOWER.

The spacious, practical MG4 Urban EV delivers genuinely affordable electric driving. The Comfort Standard Range starts from just £23,495, while the Comfort Long Range is priced at £25,495. Rounding out the Urban range is the generously equipped Premium Long Range, available from £27,995.
The 2026 MG4 EV gets even stronger, with MG focusing on the key attributes UK customers loved about the first car—notably value for money and driving quality. The range starts with the Premium Long Range at £29,995, a £2,750 reduction from the outgoing model. The Premium Extended Range, priced from £32,995, delivers an improved 338 miles of range from a single charge (WLTP combined), making it the lowest-priced car with the longest range in the UK today.
Completing the lineup is the electrifying MG4 EV XPOWER, which, at £33,995, is still pound-for-pound the fastest-accelerating car you can buy in the UK. Guy Pignouakis, Commercial Director at MG UK, explains:
