The Iron Dames will return for the 2024 Goodwood Festival of Speed after their impressive debut in 2022 and iconic run in 2023.
This year, the Iron Dames will confidently drive the Lamborghini Huracán GT3 Evo 2 up the Hill for the first time, with drivers Célia Martin and Karen Gaillard. They have impressively secured a pole position and a podium in 2024, and most recently showcased their skills at the iconic Circuit de la Sarthe.
Iron Dames duo Sarah Rumeau and Julie Amblard will drive their Ford Fiesta Rally2 at Goodwood’s Forest Rally Stage, marking their debut at the renowned event as part of the French Rally Championship.
The 2024 Goodwood Festival of Speed theme is “Horseless to Hybrid: Revolutions in Power,” celebrating 130 years since the first motor race. The Iron Dames will showcase the turbocharged Fiesta and V10 Huracán, highlighting advancements in automotive and motorsport.
The Iron Dames project exemplifies revolution by highlighting progress, innovation, and paying tribute to those who paved the way for evolution.
The 2024 Goodwood Festival of Speed presented by Mastercard is scheduled from Thursday, July 11 to Sunday, July 14. The entire event will be livestreamed on the Goodwood YouTube channel.
