This is an electric version of the Mercedes G-class, also known as the Mercedes EQG. It has now been officially renamed the Mercedes G580 with EQ Technology. The vehicle has a large battery and four electric motors, making it a heavy-duty EV with zero emissions.
The G580 is positioned just below the G63 AMG in the G-class range. However, it has a unique capability that sets it apart from its peers: “tank turns,” which allow it to turn on the spot with the help of an electric motor for each wheel and over 800 lb-ft of torque.
