The new Renault Captur is available for order starting from £21,095. It is known as Clio’s big brother, and comes with even more tech. The car is versatile and compact on the outside, yet spacious on the inside. It has a high driving position, which offers good visibility and easy access for drivers. The new Captur boasts a more expressive style, with new upholstery and dashboard displays. It features the OpenR Link multimedia system with Google built-in, providing top-notch on-board technology with Android Automotive 12. The new Renault Captur has a more athletic look with premium styling, including a unique one-piece logo on the grille and modern LED lights. The rear lights are transparent, and the car is available in six body colours. Different trims offer various wheel sizes and finishes. The esprit Alpine trim has distinctive design elements.

The new Captur offers two impressive powertrain options. The first is a 1.0-litre three-cylinder turbocharged engine with a manual gearbox, producing CO2 emissions from 135 g/km and delivering up to 47.9 mpg. The second option is the E-Tech full hybrid 145, featuring a 1.6-liter four-cylinder petrol engine combined with two electric motors. It can achieve an impressive economy of up to 60.1 mpg while emitting as little as 105 g/km of CO2. Notable features include the smart multi-mode dog clutch gearbox and the E-SAVE function for maintaining battery charge.

The new Captur proudly boasts the cutting-edge OpenR Link multimedia system with Google built-in, delivered through a stunning 10.4-inch vertical touchscreen. This system offers exclusive interactive content and a wide range of services, all seamlessly compatible with Android Auto™ and Apple CarPlay® with wireless smartphone connectivity. Additionally, the new Captur showcases impressive dashboard screens measuring up to 10.25 inches diagonally and provides ample storage space, including a generous 7-liter glovebox. The interior upholstery options, from heather grey seat fabric with yellow top-stitching to sustainable synthetic leather, elevate the cabin’s modern ambiance. Notably, the rear passenger knee room stands among the best on the market at 221 mm, thanks to a rear bench seat that can slide back up to 16 cm.

The spacious 616-litre boot capacity, which can be expanded by pushing the rear bench seat forward. The modular design includes a removable floor for creating a flat space, and with the rear seats folded, the load length extends to 1.57m.

In the UK there is a choice of three versions – evolution, techno, and esprit Alpine. The evolution trim includes features like 17-inch alloy wheels, LED headlights, rear parking sensors, and a 10.4-inch touchscreen with wireless smartphone connectivity. The techno trim offers additional features and the esprit Alpine tops the range with premium features such as 19-inch alloy wheels, two-tone paint, and adaptive cruise control.
